How to Play
HOW TO PLAY:
A game consists of five rounds with 12 questions each round
Each round, 8 questions will be announced by the host, 4 picture questions will be on the handout sheet.
Answers for questions asked by the host will be written in the marked spaces.
4 Picture questions will be due at the end of each round, answered on the back of the answer sheet in the marked spaces
At the end of each round, tear your answer sheet away and hand it to the host.
Each answer will be worth the number of points associated with that round (ie Round 1 is 1 point each, round 5 is 5 points each)
Answers will be announced at the end of each round
Teams with the most points by the end of the game win
A tie breaker question may be asked at the end of the game to determine a winner. Tie breaker questions will ask for a specific number answer to be written on a scrap paper. The team with the closest answer wins
BONUS POINTS: Each team will be allowed a total of 5 free answers to be used anywhere in the game except on the final question. Mark answers with a star if you want to use it for free points. Unused stars will be worth 1 point each at the end of the game
OFFICIAL RULES:
6 players per team. Teams of more than 6 will be allowed at the discretion of the host
No phones or smart devices
No copying other team
No shouting out answers
Final judgment on answers is made by the host
Game prizes are determine by the host and handed out at the host’s discretion
GAME LAYOUT:
Each game will consist of 5 rounds
Round 1 - General Knowledge: Questions in this round are random and from a variety of topics
Round 2 - Today In History: Questions in this round will be all about events that happened on this specific day in history. Games are day specific. Some games may be "This Week in History"
Round 3 - Audio Round: 8 Audio clips will be played. Players must answer a question about each clip
Round 4 - Common Bond: This round has 7 seemingly random questions. Question 8 will ask what all answers have in common. (ie Starts with Letter Q, All MLB teams, etc)
Round 5 - Theme of the Week: Questions in this round are all about the preannounced theme of the week. Check out out theme calendar to see what upcoming themes will be so you can prepare
Final Question: A Final question will be asked worth 20 points. Final question will be themed to the theme of the week
